Fendalton · Spine-MT CORE

Your back pain isn’t always just tight muscles.

When a disc has been under load for a long time, nerves can get irritated. Non-surgical spinal decompression is one option we use after a proper osteopathic assessment, and only if it is right for you.

Individual results vary. Suitability is assessed first. No referral needed. ACC handled in-house for eligible injuries.

How decompression works

The Spine-MT CORE table uses slow, computer-controlled movement to gently create space in the lower back. That can take pressure off an irritated disc and nearby nerve. You stay clothed, you stay in control, and you can stop at any time.

It is a complement to osteopathic care, not a miracle and not a replacement for surgery when surgery is truly needed.
